Public Testimony Opportunities
→House Bill 65: Increase Base Student Allocation
The House Education Committee will hear public testimony on House Bill 65TODAY, Tuesday, March 21 from 5:15 – 7:15 PM. We invite you to share your perspective on a $1,250 increase per student to the Base Student Allocation ("BSA"). Please plan to keep your comments to two minutes maximum.
The House Finance Committee will hear public testimony on the FY24 budget bills this week. Anchorage residents are encouraged to call in to testify on House Bill 39 and House Bill 41 on Wednesday, March 22 from 5:00 –8:00 PM. Please plan to keep your comments to two minutes maximum.

The Permanent Fund Dividend application season is January 1 through March 31 each year. All applicants can conveniently file online and electronically sign a Permanent Fund Dividend application.
