Greetings,
This
weekend is the Anchorage Delegation town hall. Please join me and
other Anchorage legislators at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium at UAA
from 2-4 pm on Saturday, March 14th. This will be a great opportunity
for community members to ask questions and let us legislators know
your thoughts.

The
Anchorage Municipal Elections are right around the corner. Ballots
will be mailed out to registered voters on March 17th and can be
returned by mail or drop box (see picture below.) Voting centers
located at the Loussac Library and City Hall will open on March 31st.
The last day to return your ballot is Tuesday, April 7th.

In
addition to the usual bond measures for parks, schools, and community
facilities, the ballot also includes a special levy for school
funding. Passing this measure would reduce the class size increase
that Anchorage School District is weighing.
