Dear friends and neighbors, “Blue Time” – I love the “blue time” of day. Its every morning about 9 AM and every evening about 4:30. I don’t know the science behind it but the light outside makes everything a blue color. (A friend shared this photo with me.)

Dear friends and neighbors, Welcome Snow! Vacancies in the Alaska Senate. Two Senators have resigned in order to run for Governor. They cannot raise money while the Legislature is in session, so by resigning, they can raise money and campaign full-time.
